In Banaybay, Davao Oriental; a 3 year old girl Angeline Faith Alonzo was found dead 200 meters away from their house, when she was examined they found out Angeline was raped. The child dead body, dumped in a ditch and found last wednesday.
The mother of the slain child, Janice Malicse asking Pres. Duterte to push the death penalty. She said, "Yun bang makikita ng marami kung ano ang ginawa nya sa anak ko, iparanas talaga sa kanya. Hindi lang bitay yung maranasan nya. Gusto rin naming habang di pa siya binibitay pinapahirapan na sya.
The suspect of killing the child is a 51 year old Eduardo Agoncillo will face charges for rape with homecide.
President Duterte condemned the killing of the child yesterday in his press conference. He said, "Gusto nyo pag naimplement yan (death penalty) hanap ako ng media, for show para matingnan natin kung paano mamatay ang tao sa hanging".
