The soon to be President, Rody Duterte is the new cover of Time Magazine on May 23,2016 issue.
The Prestigious Time Magazine features Rody Duterte 14 years ago and gave him the nickname “The Punisher” because of his successful but blood action against the criminals of Davao City.
Now Time Magazine features him again because he is the elected President of the Philippines and become controversial all over the world because of his rape remarks. But despite of the controversies that Rody Duterte faced, his supporters defended him until the election day.
The controversies and black propaganda thrown against Rody Duterte didn’t stop him to win the 2016 Presidential Elections and he promised that he is going to do his best to make the Philippines safe and progressive.
