Muslims are required to share their blessing by giving alms to the poor or donating to their mosque as a form of purifying their wealth. This is referred to as Zakat, which translates to "that which purifies" or Sadaqah al-Fitr ("charity of breaking the fast").
After prayer, many take the time to visit relatives.
Eid'l Fitr is celebrated all over the world, wherever there are Muslims. Eid Mubarak!
